End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope
This website and its related services (collectively, the “Service”) are provided by Apertus Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Cookies and session identifiers
The Service uses cookies and similar technical mechanisms solely as necessary to authenticate you and to associate your session with your EVE Online character identity after you sign in. These cookies are essential for basic functionality (for example: maintaining an authenticated session and protecting sign-in flows from misuse).
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or “pixel” tracking for user profiling. We do not sell personal data and we do not operate an advertising program.
3. No commercial tracking / no ad revenue
The Service is provided for informational and community coordination purposes. We do not generate revenue from advertising, behavioral tracking, or sale of user data. Any identifiers processed are used only to provide the Service’s stated functionality.
4. Third-party intellectual property (CCP / EVE Online)
EVE Online and the EVE logo are the registered trademarks of CCP hf. All rights are reserved worldwide. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. EVE Online, the EVE logo, EVE and all associated logos and designs are the intellectual property of CCP hf. All artwork, screenshots, characters, vehicles, storylines, world facts or other recognizable features of the intellectual property relating to these trademarks are likewise the intellectual property of CCP hf.
The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with CCP hf. CCP is not responsible for the content of or the functioning of this Service, and CCP shall not be liable for any damage arising from use of the Service.
The Service may display character portraits, corporation logos, and alliance logos obtained from publicly accessible image services and identified by public IDs. Those assets remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Third-party typography (Shentox font)
The Service uses the Shentox font. Shentox is used under license from emtype.net. All rights in the font are reserved by the respective owner(s). You may not copy, redistribute, or use this font except as permitted by the applicable license terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APERTUS SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
